E-commerce Manager
About the role
Requirements:
Proven experience in online commerce at least 8-10years with bachelor’s degree. (Establishing own e-commerce experience will be a PLUS)
Strong understanding of online commerce and performance marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to deal with complexities and changes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Good command of ERP and order management software (SAP, SalesForce, etc.)
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
More than proficiency in English both verbal and written and native in Korean.
