Retail Trainer

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, training, or sales (experience in the watch industry preferred) Strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance drivers Proven ability to coach and influence behavior in a retail environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong observation skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented mindset Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Passion for luxury, watches, and client experience excellence
