HRBP Specialist/AM_Beijing

As Assistant HRBP Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing HR business partner support to our retail operations, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with business goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Retail HRBP Manager in the development and execution of regional HR strategies and programs that drive business success and employee engagement.
  • Partner with store managers and teams to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and proactively address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for retail employees, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with the Learning and Development team to facilitate training and development programs for retail employees to enhance their skills and competencies.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and leverage insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and alignment with industry standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on retail operations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.

主要职责:

- 支持零售人力资源业务经理制定和执行地区人力资源战略和计划,推动业务成功和提高员工积极性。

- 门店经理和团队合作,推动公司变革。就人力资源制度、流程和最佳实践给与指导帮助,以营造积极的工作环境。

- 了解业务需求,积极应对与人力资源相关的挑战和机遇。

- 协助零售员工的招聘、甄选和入职流程,确保应聘者获得无缝、积极的体验。

- 与学习和发展团队合作,促进零售员工的培训和发展计划,以提高他们的技能和能力。

- 根据公司政策和地方法律要求,管理员工关系问题,包括绩效管理、纪律处分和冲突解决。

- 分析人力资源数据和指标,以确定趋势和改进机会,并利用洞察分析推动决策。

- 了解人力资源趋势、最佳实践和地方法律要求,并确保符合行业标准。



任职要求:

- 4年以上人力资源工作经验,在招聘/绩效管理/员工关系/组织发展等某一模块有丰富的经验。任职于跨国零售或奢侈品公司优先考虑。

- 具有良好的业务理解能力和洞察力,负责制定并执行公司的人力资源战略和策略。

- 具有对人和组织的敏感度,能够进行组织和人员诊断,并针对问题,形成有效方案并推进落地。

- 优秀的沟通协调和关系建立能力,能够同时管理多项任务,并能在快节奏环境下独立工作;熟练使用Windows操作系统的计算机。熟练使用HRIS和Microsoft Office,包括Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word等。
