Merchandising Manager - ACC
About the role
Define the right product portfolio
- Assist in definition of sales objectives and action plans for ACC as a coordinator for all sales-related issues between the LV Paris and the China network
- Provide stores with ACC product information, sales strategies and selling techniques
- Manage, review, and adapt the ACC product offer by store and ensure stock quality
- Manage adequate replenishment of permanents items, and order of seasonal items
- Report effectively to the management team on quantitative aspects of the business
Fix the strategies and objectives in terms of new product launch , product development, sales animation, etc
- Assist department heads in formulation and coordination of launching plans and follow-up /CRM strategies for all products
- Follow up the organizing of product related CRM events
- Implement action plans to achieve objectives as defined by the company
- Develop the knowledge of the market, gather and provide marketing information and comments on country on sales, products, prices, consumer behaviors and needs, trends, competition
Co-operate with Logistics function on on-time delivery
- To cooperate with Logistics team to ensure a relevant distribution of product allocation
Ensure a consistent and sales-efficient VM standard
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team in order to ensure the efficient in store display policy, within the company’s image parameters and guidelines
