PR Executive/PR Executive

Responsibilities:

- Daily Sample Management: Oversee and manage the daily sample arrangement for media shootings. Ensure samples are accurately documented, tracked and delivered in a timely manner.

- Media Relations:

• Draft and distribute press releases to maintain consistent brand visibility.

• Coordinate daily media shooting schedules, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timelines.

• Proactively pitch media outlets to secure coverage and enhance brand recognition.

- Cross-Department Communication: Work closely with other teams to ensure integrated communication and brand messaging

- PR Reporting: Compile and analyze PR performance/coverage to generate insights and reports for the team and management.

- Program and Event Support: Collaborate with the team and management to execute various PR programs and events, ensuring flawless implementation and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a brand or PR agency

• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English

• Brand and Cultural Alignment: A strong understanding of the brand’s ethos, luxury fashion culture, and current trends in womenswear.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy and thoroughness, particularly when managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Must be meticulous in documentation and scheduling.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), with the ability to prepare presentations, reports, and manage detailed data.

• Personality Traits: A mature, reliable, and grounded individual with a calm, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Industry and Cultural Awareness is a plus: Stay updated on emerging trends in the PR industry and cultural movements, with a particular focus on fashion, music, sports, and arts. A proactive, creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas into PR strategies and media engagement.
