EC Traffic Acquisition and Performance Manager
About the role
MISSION STATEMENT
•Key owner of the ECOM channel traffic acquisition throughout paid media investment and platform negotiation
•Be responsible of the performance media efficiency (ROI) and consumer strategy on EC channels
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
ECOM TRAFFIC ACQUISITION & PERFORMANCE
Manage the EC media budget to focus on RECRUITMENT & CONVERSION for all EC channels
•Diagnose consumer funnel, increase traffic quality and quantity throughout consumer journey
•Strategic planning and negotiation with third parties for resources exchanges
•Internal resources coordination ( MKT/MERCH/CONTENT)
•Daily performance optimization
ECOM CUSTOMER STRATEGY
Be responsible of the consumer targeting strategy across different EC channels
•Monitor consumer profile & performance across different channels and consolidate the insights with CRM team
•Collaborate with key platforms on target consumer project (Tmall/JD/Tencent)
•Optimization and implementation of targeting methodology (Daily)
•Coordinate with digital team to build up EC dedicated consumer targeting strategy
•Work closely with EC merch & content team on the strategy execution
BUDGET CONTROL
Forecast and control on the EC media budget within EC P&L;
•Forecasting and preparing the annual budget book;
•Control on the budget spending and tracking on regular basis
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Education:Bachelor degrees above
Languages:Fluent in both English and Chinese
Professional experience & knowhow:
•7 years above working experience and at least 5 years relevant experience for working in E-com field; Consumer goods industry will be preferred
•3rd party platform performance management is a must;
•Digital MKT experience will be a plus
•ISV tool knowledge will be a plus
Technical & management skills:
•Good skills for office software, excellence in excel.
•Leadership & management experience will be a plus
•Able to do coordinate various stakeholders.
