ABOUT THE JOB
Louis Vuitton HR function is looking for ambitious young talents to join the team as HR interns, discovering unique career journey within luxury industry. The intern will support HR team on a variety of HR topics. If you are a passionate university student, motivated to take on a minimum 6 months learning path to progressively develop your skills and knowledge, this experience is designed for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Management
Actively participate in the recruitment process, including resume screening, candidate communication and etc., maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system
2. HR Operations and Data Management
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth daily operations of the HR system, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting
3. Employee Activities Cocreation and Execution
Design and execute employee activities to foster a positive company culture , develop creative content, including copywriting and poster design, to promote events and initiatives
4. Office Training Support
Coordinate and follow up on office training arrangements
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 work days per week
- Commit to a minimum 6 months
- Fluent English
- Previous internship experience in HR field is preferred
- Strong people sensitivity and curiosity with agility and resilience
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-pace environment
- Good team player and quick learner
