Job Summary
Analyze retail training needs, make training plans, update materials, design and exploit different level operation management training courses. Follow up training results after class, enhance and improve the training results. In charge of delivering the management training course.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Analyze retail training needs, make training plan:
- Analyze retail training needs and make the annual training plan for store management level.
- According to yearly business plan, timely conduct smoothly communication with operation team and share monthly training plan.
- Within the finance budget, offer trainees information to SU coordinator for travel booking.
Ø Draft training materials:
- Insist senior retail training and development manager finish drafting training materials.
- Through communication with retail team, make familiar with the most updated training requirements, share opinion with senior retail training and development manager and finish updating the materials.
- Design diverse training methods, such as situational case, play-game etc. Insure a more active training which is very close to the reality.
- Could offer optimized suggestions based on trainees’ feedback to senior retail training and development manager for reference.
Ø Deliver training course:
- In charge of delivering management training courses and taking part in the Sephora attitude Training the Trainer.
- Be responsible for training course preparation, ensure the course proceeds smoothly.
Ø Follow up training results:
- In charge of finishing management training course summary report.
- Follow up training results and practical application in store through store visit, telephone communication, and submit the report.
- Through communication with the retail team, work together with HRBP to ensure the number of people at all levels of management meets the operation requirements. Position vacancies are zero.
Ø Sephora attitude project and other management training project:
- Insist senior retail training and development manager finish the preparation work before class, implement the training plan and follow up the result.
- Teaching through floor management, store tracking. Continuously improve the floor management ability of the shop to achieve the sales target of the company.
- According to company strategy requirements, insist on implementing all kinds of management training and staff development projects.
Qualifications:
- Integrity, honesty, adaptation to Sephora culture, quick reaction to the change and challenge.
- Good communication skills, be familiar with training methods.
- Good teamwork spirit.
- Good planning and follow up ability.
- At least 8 years’ retail store management and management training experience.
- Proficient in using Microsoft software, PPT.
- Good training skills.
