Stylist (BJ_SLT)/时尚顾问 （北京大区）

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

This position will partner closely with our retail team to elevate the Louis Vuitton customer experience and support our category growth. As a trusted partner to the retail leaders, you will deliver strong business partnership through trend analysis, styling advice and training.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the retail team in delivering genuine and excellent client experience through on-the-floor styling advice to complete the Louis Vuitton silhouette.
• Partner with High-End Client Developer to identify training needs and opportunity to elevate our personal styling service.
• Deliver engaging, interactive training to our retail team on fashion trends and styling methodology.
• Understand and study our client base unique to each store to become a powerful partner to our retail team.
• Partner with Retail and Client Development teams to provide on-site styling support during exclusive events.
• Deliver frequent updates on trends and news on the current fashion landscape, maintain the market knowledge of our retail team.
• Share best practices, resources, and inspirational stories among-st stores to create excitement and raise awareness on our products.
• Act as the ambassador of Vuitton products and maintain deep knowledge of our design inspiration by our designers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

• Passion in Louis Vuitton, and deep knowledge of the fashion industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident in sharing conviction
• Agile, detailed-oriented and a team-player
• Strong business acumen
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin an advantage

- 与高端客户开发人员合作，确定培训需求和机会，以提高我们的个人造型服务。

- 为我们的零售团队提供有关时尚趋势和造型方法的引人入胜的互动培训。

- 了解和研究我们每家门店的独特客户群，成为我们零售团队的有力合作伙伴。

- 与零售和客户开发团队合作，在独家活动期间提供现场造型支持。

- 经常提供当前时尚领域的趋势和新闻更新，保持我们零售团队的市场知识。

- 在门店之间分享最佳实践、资源和鼓舞人心的故事，以激发人们对我们产品的兴趣并提高其认知度。

- 担任路易威登产品的大使，深入了解我们设计师的设计灵感。

岗位要求：

- 全日制本科或以上学历，英语流利。

- 对路易威登充满热情，对时尚行业有深入的了解。

- 优秀的人际交往和沟通能力，自信地分享信念。

- 敏捷、细致，有团队精神。

- 商业敏锐度高。
