ABOUT THE JOB
Louis Vuitton HR function is looking for ambitious young talents to join the team as HR interns, discovering unique career journey within luxury industry. The intern will support HR team on a variety of HR topics. If you are a passionate university student, motivated to take on a minimum 6 months learning path to progressively develop your skills and knowledge, this experience is designed for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-create Talent Development Projects
- Collaborate with the team to design and develop talent development initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Support Talent Development Projects
- Provide support for the preparation, on-site co-facilitation, and follow-up activities of talent development programs.
- Community Management
- Oversee and manage community operations, ensuring active engagement and a positive experience for members.
- Online Learning Platform Management
- Operate and maintain the online learning platform, ensuring smooth user experiences and effective learning outcomes.
- Design Innovative Learning Experiences
- Participate in the design of interactive and innovative learning experiences to enhance employee engagement and development.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 work days per week
- Commit to a minimum 6 months
- Fluent English
- Previous internship experience in HR field is preferred
- Strong people sensitivity and curiosity with agility and resilience
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-pace environment
- Good team player and quick learner
