About the role
Job Responsibilities:
- Consolidate daily data and information, involving cross-departmental and cross-regional communication and coordination.
- Assist in organizing large-scale retail events and workshops, including vendor communication and overall management.
- Verify and apply for store-brand quarterly and holiday gifts, and manage daily material administration.
Required Skills:
- Available to work 3-4 days per week.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong communication skills and written English proficiency.
- Prior experience in event planning and execution is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in task execution.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with an open-minded attitude.
