HRBP Specialist / Assistant Manager

As HRBP Specialist / Assistant Manager for retail East region, you will be responsible for providing HR business partner to our retail organization, leading talent, organization, and culture initiatives to enable business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

· Support the Retail HRBP Manager in the development and execution of regional HR strategies and programs that drive business success and employee engagement.

· Partner with store managers and teams to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support a positive work environment.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and proactively address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

· Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for retail employees, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

· Partner with the Learning and Development team to facilitate training and development programs for retail employees to enhance their skills and competencies.

· Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

· Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and leverage insights to drive informed decision-making.

· Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and alignment with industry standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of HR experience, background in retail environment is a bonus.
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Resilience and change adaptability essential.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
