Digital Store Operations Specialist - WeChat

The Digital Store Operations Specialist/Assistant Manager supports the development and execution of e-commerce operational strategies. The role focuses on assisting in daily store operations, monitoring sales performance, and implementing optimization tactics; Help analyze market trends and customer behavior to support operational planning and contribute to enhancing the online customer experience by tracking key website metrics.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Business Support

  • Assist in implementing e-commerce operational strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Support the tracking and analysis of store performance against sales targets
  • Help prepare regular performance reports and identify sales trends

Store Operations Execution

  • Execute daily store operations and assist in business monitoring to identify improvement opportunities
  • Conduct regular monitoring of market trends and competitor activities
  • Assist in implementing operational projects based on team direction

Customer Experience Support

  • Monitor key website performance metrics.
  • Based on customer behavior, identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and implement user interface improvements and shopping process optimizations

Data Analysis

  • Support data collection and reporting for store operation effectiveness evaluation
  • Analyze and interpret operational data to identify business challenges and opportunities
  • Lead data-driven operational adjustments and projects

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders & support communication across different functions to help achieve operational goals

Skills / Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations; understanding of digital and business fundamentals
  • Analytical Skills: Basic problem-solving skills with ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Data Skills: Basic data analysis capability with willingness to develop business acumen
  • Industry Experience: Exposure to luxury fashion/beauty brands preferred
  • Platform Experience: Experience supporting marketplace stores (Tmall/JD); Experience in running a mini program store (e.g., WeChat) is a plus
  • Communication: Good communication skills
  • Personal Qualities: Quick learner, proactive attitude, detail-oriented, team player
