Marketing Coordinator

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Ÿ To assist the Associate Marketing Director and the team on coordinating the team, administration, reporting, presentation.

Ÿ Consolidate overall marketing plan and presentation.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Reporting & Analysis:

Ÿ All weekly/monthly/yearly sell-out by line report

Ÿ Monthly investment comparison

Ÿ Monthly investment by touch-points and by line target report

Ÿ Weekly/monthly competitor watch report

Ÿ Beauty Research analysis

Ÿ Marketing Plan & Innovation Plan

Ÿ Merchandising Plan

Ÿ Event Plan

Ÿ Ad hoc report upon request

Presentation & Deck:

Ÿ Top management visit marketing deck preparation and consolidation

Ÿ Brand meeting and annual convention deck

Ÿ Other deck upon request of Marketing Director

Support marketing team on administration & daily communication:

Ÿ PO creation & process

Ÿ Gratis order & process

Ÿ Assist Marketing Director to control Marketing Team expense

Ÿ Be responsible for all marketing related meeting and central visitors’ itinerary

Participate in selected marketing activation preparation :

Ÿ Contribute and participate in marketing activation upon request, including but not limited to: pop-up, event soft program development, material development, digital activation development, etc.

Ÿ Accuracy and timing of administration and reports

Ÿ Strict control of Code 3 budget, timely allocation to counter

Ÿ Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Profile :

Ÿ University graduate with bachelor degree above
