Retail Development & Trainer - GZ / Shenzhen

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

· To conduct field coach, work with sales team for the sales growth.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

· New BC training

· To improve BC consultation and selling skill in order to provide better service to the customer.

· To guide BC and build confident to BC while working with them in the field.

· To train BC on novelties in the secondary city.

· To conduct beauty workshop for the customer.

· To help sales department on BC evaluation.

· To maintain and upgrade BC image.

· To assist national training manager on daily work.

· Turnover under responsibility: Sales Target & Ranking Target

· Budget under responsibility: According to Budget

· Direct report headcount: One

· Total headcount supervised: N/A

RELATIONSHIPS

· Internal: Training & Sales Team

Technical skills:

· At least 3 years relevant working experiences or previous experience in cosmetics/fashion-related brand

· Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Profile :

· University graduate or above
