Senior EC Key Account Executive - TikTok

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

Drive business growth on Tiktok channel.

Use platform experience and strategic thinking to enhance consumer experience and channel operation.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

该职务的主要职责

1. Strategic planning & sales achievement

- Leverage existing resource to achieve Tiktok sales target.

- Analyze sales performance and extract valuable insights, leading to actionable business strategies.

- Product portfolio and mechanism planning to boost sales on Tiktok channel.

2.Operational correlation

- Perform day-to-day operation of Tiktok in working with internal & external cross-functional partners.

- Support KA manager on the key account plans, follow up on daily brand livestreaming, KOL livestream and store management.

- Manage channel inventory to make sure sales operation smoothly.

- Manage channel expenses to avoid overspending and ensure monthly budget booking.

3.Consumer engagement

- Work with MKT & eMKT team to update appealing content regularly.

- Lead team to update store visual according to the campaign calendar to attract consumers.

- Co work with CRM team to continuously optimize customer experience;

- Be responsible for short videos content creation to improve brand livestream efficiency and store members & fans accumulation.

4.New trend analysis

- Track platform regulations changes and key competitors’ new update and trend.

- Track well-performed KOLs on the platform to explore more opportunities.

  1. Ensure solid net sales and meet long-term & short-term sales targets, both top line and bottom line.
  2. Strive to improve operation KPI including store livestream ROI, store traffic, conversion rate, AUS, etc.
