Program Training Manager

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

To deliver retail education programs with strategic mindset based on specific needs of different target group, enable retail team to efficiently transform fresh brand position, skincare expertise and service excellence.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

该职务的主要职责


TRAINING COURSE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMTATION:

§ Customized content:Independently develop training materials that integrate brand positioning, market strategy, professional product knowledge, ensuring content in both professional and practical.

§ Multi-Scenario Execution:leverage blending learning formats (classroom/distant/ E-learning)

§ Quantitative Assessment: Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, sales KPI, practical assessment, then to optimize weak area.

SERVICE STANDARD SETTING AND KPI TRACKING

§ Co-create with HQ on service standard, techniques, tools to ensure service can

help brand to build disability and authority.

§ Service Data & Report management to improve retail team working efficiency.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

§ Build E-learning platform to improve training efficiency.

§ Mystery Shopper to continuously verify the training results and find service opportunities.
