Media Intern

MISSION STATEMENT

This role is designed to provide you with hands-on, full-funnel marketing experience while you deliver immediate, high-quality support to our team's core operations.

We target a detail-oriented, English-fluent undergraduate or graduate student from a relevant field, available at least 4 days per week.

 

1. Media Execution Support

•Media campaigns

1.Collect online/offline media on-air photos from vendors and integrate into launch report.

2.Organize campaign assets from global teams and external vendors, ensuring media materials complies with brand guidelines.

•Landlord OOH

1.Support to communicate OOH details with mall landlords, facilitate internal legal review and contract sealing.

2.Assist in oversee installation & verification: including conduct photo/video proof of performance, resolve issues promptly and deliver post-campaign report.

2. Content Coordination

•Product Loan Management: manage the borrowing and return of products for shooting, coordinating across PR, Logistics, Retail, and E-commerce teams.

•Translation: collaborate on the branding translation and proofreading of English/Chinese copy.

3. Daily Operations

•Purchase ordering & payment: create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and process vendor payments accurately and timely.

•Arrange internal meetings and take meeting notes.

•Other ad-hoc tasks as requests.

 

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED :

 

Education: Undergraduate or graduate student from a relevant field, available at least 4 days per week.

Languages:Great command of written and spoken English

Professional experience & know how:

Ideally to have experience at marketing position in retail industry of well-known brands
