Retail Excellence Manager

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Retail Performance:

  • Partner with the China Retail Experience Director to shape annual commercial strategies, including sales forecasting, market opportunity assessment, and resource allocation planning
  • Translate complex retail performance data into actionable business insights; maintain dynamic performance dashboards and executive-level reporting materials that inform strategic decision-making.)
  • ·Identify and promote best retail practices across regions, lead benchmarking and analysis of competitor retail experiences.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to develop and execute sales improvement plans, identifying revenue growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, optimize teamwork, and enhance problem-solving capabilities.
  • Monitor and optimize retail KPIs to improve store productivity.
  • Work with Marketing, CRM, and other departments to propose and support retail-related marketing activities and service enhancements.
  • Develop and follow up on key landlord promotions and local event plans

Retail Operations & Projects:

  • Continuously improve store operational efficiency through process, tool, and system optimization.
  • Oversee retail projects including new store openings, closures, and store events, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Support Area and Store Managers in developing and engaging in-store operational staff 
  • Collaborate with Central Retail Operations to localize, implement, and execute retail guidelines and initiatives 
  • Drive the adoption of new tools/systems in stores, collect feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Team & Talent Development
  • Ensure effective implementation of retail strategies and guidelines across the national retail network.
  • Work with HR to optimize store staffing and talent structure.
  • Collaborate with HR to design and implement incentive schemes for the retail team, tracking effectiveness.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor
  • Be fluent in English and Chinese
  • Gain the management experience on retail operation, and retail performance management.
  • Strategic Business Thinking, Selling Skill and Customer Relationship Management Skill
  • Extensive product knowledge of Bulgari or other luxury brands, and specific knowledge in Jewelry and watch a plus 
  • Management of working pressure and the capability in handling multitasks
  • Knowledge of marketing and merchandising techniques
  • Leadership, Team Management and Coaching Skill
