MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior EC Operation Executive (Tmall) to support the daily operations of the Tmall platform, focusing on driving sales performance, maintaining brand-consumer relationships, and optimizing store operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Tmall ecosystem, be familiar with beauty & cosmetics category dynamics, will be a plus.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

- Support channel manager to implement sales plan for daily, promotion season and IP collaboration.
- Support channel manager on channel demand & forecast, stock management and sales mechanism implementation.
- Keep tracking on the development of beauty market and platform, identify business opportunities through daily/weekly/monthly sales review and analysis.
- Handle daily routine work such as order verification, inventory reconciliation and customer complaint follow-up to ensure the efficient operation of key account business.
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service, etc.) to ensure the smooth launch of Tmall exclusive products, limited-edition campaigns, and large-scale promotions such as Double 11 and 618.
PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

Self-motivated, result oriented, quick learner, sense of responsibility.
Strong entrepreneurship to develop the business in eCom channel.
At least 2-year experience in eCom, brand site related background preferred.
Bachelor degree or above, fluency in both written and spoken English.
