Key Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment and Talent Management

  • Participate in the recruitment process, including resume screening and candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records in the recruitment system

2.HR Operations and Data Management

  • Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding procedures
  • Support daily HR system operations, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting

3.Employee Activities Co-creation and Execution

  • Collaborate in designing and implementing employee activities to promote a positive company culture


Desired Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (written)
  • Prior assistant experience in HR is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal sensitivity and curiosity, with adaptability and resilience
  • Capable of multitasking and working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude
