MISSION STATEMENT
The Project Manager will lead and support project team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver key projects.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and execution master, capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget, while ensuring all project objectives align with company strategy. The ideal candidate will have good understanding of project management methodologies, strong organizational skills and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Ensuring that all appropriate parties involved are fully briefed and have received accurate, up to date and timely information at all stages of the project, according to the schedule, the key milestones and deadline. Managing the project bidding, VO control and final closing plus the capex closing.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and develop detailed project plans (timeline, budget, resources, risks).
- Project Execution & Monitoring: Lead cross-functional teams (Retail, merch, design, marketing, etc.) to drive project progress, track status, and ensure adherence to plan. Effectively manage project scope changes.
- Communication Management: Act as the central hub for project information. Regularly report project status, risks, and key decision points to all stakeholders (including executives, clients, team members). Facilitate project meetings and reviews.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, plan for, and monitor project risks and issues. Develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Budget & Resource Management: Be responsible for project budget development, tracking, and control. Efficiently coordinate and allocate team and external resources.
- Quality Management: Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
- Project Closure: Lead project acceptance, lessons learned sessions, documentation archiving, and team disbandment to ensure formal project closure.
- Project Support: Assist the ID team in all phases of project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure and DLP).
- Documentation: Assist Project team in project documentation preparation and maintenance, including project plans, drawings, schedules, payment trackers, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs. Distribute and synchronize information timely and regularly among local team and Central.
- Contracts and Payment: Lead and assist to work with legal offices for contract preparation and with administrative specialists for all administrative aspects, follow up on invoices and payments with finance department.
- Minor Renovation and Roll out: store visit and work counterpart with facility manager in reviewing store maintenance and upgrade plan to meet Bvlgari standard. Reasonably planning budget with cost efficient approach. Review drawings and quotations from contractors and coordinating with Central team to make sure that all site work are in strict accordance with requirements. Closely coordinate and communicate with Retail and other key stakeholders, report in timely manner.
- Maintaining inventory list up to date with accurate information.
- Assist in supporting other in-store activities and events from technical perspective.
- Maintain accurate up to date regional store database.
- Ensure all process and procedure compliance to LVMH and Bvlgari policies.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design or Project Management
Languages:
Fluent in both Chinese and English
Professional experience & know how
- 3-5+ years’ experience in interior design or project management, Luxury retail experience is preferred
- Technical & management skills :
- Strong knowledge of design and architecture principles and tools
- Knowledge of Bulgari Products/ Bulgari commercial network
- Proficient in mainstream project management methodology
- Detail-oriented, analytical, responsible and devoted to work with proven skills and track record.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with team members and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical and decision-making abilities, data-driven.
