MISSION & OBJECTIVES

- Provide a full visual merchandising service in line with corporate visual guidelines

- Implement window merchandise changes and prop installation, and keep interiors maintained according to visual standards

- Offer visual merchandising display standard and basic display knowledge training for retail staff within the boutique

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Boutique Image Maintenance and Display Standard Convey

- Know all universe display guideline, story and display technique

- Know window and pop in schedule and renderings and keep related products

- Supervise retail staff to jointly maintain the display according to visual standards

- Review photo regularly with visual merchandising team

- Read the display guidelines and memorize key stories

- Conduct a basic display maintenance introduction training for new colleagues in boutique

- Provide visual merchandising display knowledge training to whole boutique in morning briefing

- Deliver training to retail team on display rules and props usage

Communication and Feedback

- Keep regular & efficient communication with boutique manager after display renewal and provide timely feedback to visual merchandising team

- Cascade company visual communications to retail team and lead by example when embracing brand messages

- Provide feedback to visual merchandising team on display maintenance status

Consolidation of Products

- Familiar with new products in all categories

- Send pictures to visual merchandising team of new arrival

- Prepare for the visual merchandising to come to the boutique to cooperate with visual merchandising team to display

- Update display of small categories independently

- Assist visual merchandising team to renew display of bigger categories协助大品类的上新

Props Management

- Organize props storage

- Assist props replenishment and transfer

- Be responsible for monthly inventory count and updating all props in boutique once a month including the quantity and condition of the props

- Share how to use props with sales team and help them to use props correctly

Other Event Supporting

- Support visual merchandising team for other events on related props, display, maintenance and dismantle
