About the role
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead corporate communications planning and execution across both internal and external channels to support business priorities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and execute external media campaigns and corporate events to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the local market.
- Establish and drive the local corporate communications strategy to strengthen Louis Vuitton's presence and relevance in China.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key charitable organizations, institutions, and government bodies in China.
- Act as a key liaison for crisis mitigation and management, developing and implementing contingency plans and drafting statements for potential issues.
- Ensure all communications and corporate initiatives are aligned with both HQ guidelines and local regulations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout China.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Proven ability to work independently while adhering to company guidelines and instructions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to support content development, internal communications, and media coordination with consistent messaging.
