About the role
MISSION STATEMENTResponsible of maintenance onsite works co-ordination and supervision to ensure implementation of corporate guidelines, according to the approved project. Monitor work status, timing respect, budget and quality, providing accurate information of particular requirements of the market of reference. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES1. Store Maintenance
- In charge of stores maintenance arrangement in mainland China including monthly/yearly planning and adhoc requests
- Operating maintenance works and follow up the daily progress of store requests, feedback, report.
- Maintenance cost analysis and tracking
- External supplier evaluation management & Internal work report follow-up
- As store maintenance trainer, coordinate the preparation of training materials and implement the training materials distribution.
- Regular store visit
- Roll out projects and follow-ups
- Facility Procedure and Organization realization
- Weekly Facility Recap and Meeting
- Regular Facility report finding
- Documentation management, including Mail Management and Labelling Management and Saving of Data
- Payment process follow-up
- Assisting in claim of property damage compensation
- Knowledge of design and architecture principles and tools
- Technical background, attention on details
- Construction knowledge and negotiation techniques
- Ability of reading architecture drawings
- IT Applications (Office, Excel)
- Ability to co-ordination with other departments
- Proactive in problem solving and Advance planning
