Retail Activation Manager

Retail Activation Manager is the role to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, CVM and CRM team for all kinds of sales driven in-store activities. Also, the role is the main contact window for communicating with shopping mall marketing team for shopping mall events, promotions and CRM activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • In-store events and activities

1) responsible for planning, communications and execution

2) responsible for budget and ROI management


  • Shopping mall events, promotions and CRM activities

1) responsible for communications, commercial terms negotiation and sales result tracking

2) work with marketing and merchandising team for pre-event/ promotion/ CRM activity preparation


  • Shopping mall popup

1) responsible for planning and communication

2) collaborate with event team for popup execution

3) responsible for budget management


  • HJ event support

1) work with HJ and sales team for planning, communication and execution

2) HJ event on-site support


Requirement:

  • 8+ years of solid marketing experience, at least 3+ in luxury industry.
  • Experienced in retail marketing/CRM management
  • Bachelor's degree, good analytical skill and business sense. MBA is a plus.
  • Very good at presentation and communication.
