Assistant Creative Manager

Agency background required | Minimum 8 Years of Experience

A creative with genuine out-of-the-box thinking, strong art direction, and the range to work across campaigns, platforms, and formats. Someone who makes the whole team's work better.


Responsibilities:

• Co-develop campaign concepts with Creative Lead and cross-functional partners

• Own art direction and taste in all projects.

• Brief external creative agencies; review and push back on their output

• Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and global teams

• Align with Global Creative team on China adaptations and local campaigns

• Cultural radar, know what's happening in China's social landscape before it's in a report

• Independently lead mid-size projects end-to-end

• Be a team player.

Requirements:

• Background at a 4A or internationally recognised creative agency.

Experience working within a structured, globally-minded creative environment is key

• Very strong art direction portfolio. Great taste and demonstration of ability to learn brands and visual styles required. Strong luxury aesthetic sensibility required.

• Open to background in servicing all industries.

• Ideas that are original AND executable

• Work for international brands, we care if the campaign was talked about, or actually landed

• Deep knowledge of China social platforms (Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, WeChat)

• Bilingual CN/EN

• Responsible and agile
