Assistant Manager, Client Solution

Responsibilities
· Be responsible for comprehensive client related digital solution including marketing automation, content & social related topics;
· Leveraging technology to empower our omnichannel business and drive exclusive user journey for internal & external client;
· Lead technical capability design which could benefit for both Retail & eRetail business to drive automation, efficiency and personalization;
· Lead the implementation of continuous solution iteration and enriching digital capacity category in line with our business needs and agile enough to adapt to emerging technologies with cross function team;
· Engage with business teams to identify opportunities to optimize our digital solution from operational process, seamless journey;
· Manage digital solution/projects with excellence delivery and ensuring timeline, quality & budget to enhance digital experience and drive omni-channel experience by collaborating with both global & local cross-function team and also 3rd party suppliers;
· Be responsible to ensure technical solution is made with an understanding of the transversal solution, minimize technology complexity, reduce tech debts and avoid duplication of capabilities;
· Lead and drive change management with cross function team and business team for a smooth transition;
· Build standardized monitoring mechanism crossing all the local customer solutions, collaborating with solution owner to enhance digital solution robustness in an effective way;
· Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in digital technology to continuously improve our digital capabilities;
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
· Proven experience in building end-to-end digital solutions from concept to delivery, preferably in MA/SFoA;
· Ability to think out of the box and to dare to propose in a systematic way
· Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional and global environment.
· The ability to convince the advantages and disadvantages of technique/solution selection based on good business acumen.
· Team work spirit is indispensable, helping team members to solve difficult problems and achieve higher objectives.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Passion for luxury retail, new technology and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
