EC KA Manager - JD

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

  • Deliver sustainable finance performance
  • Manage good JD operation execution
  • Lead internal financial and logistic process
  • Liaise with internal cross-function teams & JDP & ISV teams to ensure efficient message delivery.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

Responsible for the business growth and fulfillment of the brand’s JD Flagship Store.

· JD Front-end Operation

** JD On-site content marketing activities maintenance and analysis

- JD live streaming activities and store live streaming execution

- On-site paid media tracking and analysis

- In-store content check and update

** Launch & Promotion Campaigns Operation

- Work with channels partners to work out business plans including new launch & promotions.

- Work within marketing/ trade marketing team to ensure on-time-in-full delivery of new SKUs launch and promotion sets.

- Build best practices to drive business agreeable conversion rate & AUS to brand flagship store.

- Leverage channels’ on-site resources to improve brand store awareness & business in a brand DNA relevant way.

- Propose big channel events to catch peak seasons of sales

** JD flagship in-store design & maintenance

- Lead JDP to consistently optimize in-store shelf design, product page, short video etc to deliver brand equity.

- Fine-tune in-store product claims and product descriptions to engage targeted & young shoppers.

** JD Platform Data Tracking and Analysis

- Flagship store sales related data & key business metrics tracking & reporting

- Daily communication with ISVs / JDP, i.e. Shufang ISV & In-site media, CRM agency

- Consumer (Shufang, CRM, PTP, MTA) related data tracking & reporting

- Collect & study competitor new launches, promotion activities, & mechanisms

· JD Back-end Operation

** Logistics and product supply management

- Sales forecast & Product forecast management

- Product stock monitoring and daily communication with warehouse team

- GWP and gifts stock management

Key Projects Execution

- ISV pitching project execution

- JD flagship store IP project execution

- Distributors management (to B wise, extra point)

Internal Process Management

- Lead internal contract & finance process

- Legal check and routine communication with legal team

- PO application and processing

- JD in-site media PMT top up

- Other ad-hoc internal tasks

JD Platform Strategy Development

- Clear strategy aligned with the manager

- Seamless cooperation with related functions and timely delivery

Communication & Media & Sales Execution

- Clear KPI setting and timely tracking with clear report for all related sub-functions

- Manage sell-in forecast with discipline, after inventory and sell-out weekly tracking

- Cross team feedback

- Timely and accurate report with insightful implications

- Agency/JDP/ JD Platform management for effective outcome

- Constant delivery of top-class brand contents

Leadership and People Management

- Integrated deliverables across internal teams

- Seamless cooperation with other function team members

- Coordinate and help manage JDP employees to improve efficiency


PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

· Bachelor’s degree and above

· 5-6 years+ experience in EC marketing or sales related position

· Integrated marketing communication mindset and solid skills

· To B distributors Management is a Plus

· Live streaming project related experience

· Skillful in data analysis and insight generating

· Knowhow in supply chain process

· Methodical style with good logic

· Drive for results, and down-to-earth attitude

· Good sense of beauty industry

· Good communication & interpersonal skills

· Attitude of “can do”/“make it happen”

· Fluent in English both for spoken and written

· Can NOT be agency dominant background
