About the role
MISSION STATEMENT
- Key owner of BVLGARI’s mini-program live streaming and remote presentation channel
- Responsible for high-value client engagement and relationship strategy across online and offline touchpoints
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Client
Build personalized and luxurious relationships with clients, orchestrating exclusive touchpoints that drive lasting loyalty.
- Cultivate personalized and luxurious relationships with clients through ongoing, personalized touchpoints.
- Ensure seamless responsiveness across product discovery and order journey.
- Curate exclusive offline moments (exhibitions, clients gatherings, activations) that deepen loyalty.
- Maintain an authentic, client-centric presence across key digital and private platform to amplify brand desirability and foster community.
II. Live Streaming
- Own the strategic execution of live sessions and remote presentations, ensuring every broadcast reflects BVLGARI’s luxury standard.
- Lead strategic execution of live sessions and remote presentations, adapting to client profiles.
- Enable internal teams and remote clients with premium live streaming capabilities, bringing offline event narratives into digital experiences.
- Define and refine operational frameworks for consistency and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement through post-performance insights (audience, interaction, conversion).
III. Content Production
- Turn every live moment into a lasting brand asset that amplifies BVLGARI’s visual identity across channels.
- Direct high quality product capture and systematic asset management for brand reusability.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Education: Bachelor degree and above;
- Language: Fluent in English and Chinese
- Professional experience & know how: Experienced in luxury retail, e-commerce, client experience, or live streaming (jewelry/watch category preferred)
- Technical & management skills: Proven track record in managing high value client relationships and exclusive offline/online events
- Personal & Interpersonal skills:
- Entrepreneurial spirit: comfortable owning a 360° role across client, livestreaming, and content
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong integrity.
- Critical & Creative mindset.
- Flexibility: adaptable to evening/weekend live events and travel for offline activations
