Foster a Clienteling Mindset & CRM Excellence in Store

Promote Clienteling mindset.

Act as main reference point for CRM related topics and projects.

Adapt the strategic direction on Client Engagement of the store, based on CRM analysis and store contest.

Drive Client Portfolio Development

Definition and follows-up on Clienteling campaigns and client portfolio management.

Define collective and individual targets of client portfolio development at store level (monitoring ROI) and targets for events.

Design action plans for clients and supports in the preparation of appointments.

Elevate Client Experience Through Personalization & Events

Drive personalized gifting and experiences.

Set events & guest lists and proactive network leveraging local partners.

Optimize CRM Tools & User Experience

Gather, analyze, and act on feedback to enhance the user experience of CRM tools.

Train & Empowers Teams on Client Engagement

Train & coach new and existing teams on COSMO, client data capture, Client Engagement - leveraging mindset, initiatives, & tools.

Animate daily brief, mini trainings and CRM contests.
