Your Impact Your Impact The Role : Wholesale Specialist At Stone Island, we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for a Wholesale Specialist to join the Wholesale organization at Stone Island HQ in Milan. The role is responsible for supporting the execution and coordination of global wholesale sales campaigns and overseeing the operational management of the Virtual Showroom platform. The role acts as a key liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Merchandising, IT, and Legal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of commercial processes, accurate documentation flow, and effective sales support across international markets. Main Activities Sales Campaign Coordination Support the planning, coordination, and execution of international wholesale sales campaigns Facilitate communication and provide operational support to the global sales network Virtual Showroom Management Coordinate the pre-season set-up of the Virtual Showroom, including product uploads, digital assets, pricing structures, showroom organization, appointment scheduling, and alignment with IT and external partners Oversee in-season maintenance and updates of the Virtual Showroom, ensuring data accuracy, collection updates, content completeness, and continuous operational support for the sales team Commercial Documentation, Order Processing & Reporting Manage the preparation, collection, and organization of commercial documentation Monitor order progress, including confirmations, signatures, and post-sales follow-up activities Oversee order entry, replenishment requests, and ensure data integrity across systems Collaborate with Legal and internal stakeholders to manage contractual documentation efficiently Support the coordination of wholesale special projects and exclusive client initiatives Assist in the preparation of sales reports, performance analysis, and presentations for Area Managers Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in Wholesale Operations, Sales Operation or Commercial Operations, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry Solid understanding of wholesale sales campaigns, order management and commercial documentation processes Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment Fluent in English Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong operational and problem-solving mindset Our Shared Values At Stone Island we aren’t led by conventions or trends, but by our compass.
