CRM Intern

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

At Piaget HQ, you will support the CRM team in campaign execution, performance tracking, and coordination with markets, contributing to the smooth delivery of client engagement initiatives

Internship duration: 10 months, starting September 1st, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution:
    • Support newsletter/WhatsApp execution and clienteling template creation.
    • Coordinate translations with markets.
    • Consolidate and share campaign assets with external partners (e.g., agency)
    • Assist in campaign performance analysis
  • Client KPI Monitoring & Analysis:
    • Extract and consolidate monthly client KPIs across dashboards and markets.
    • Maintain and update reporting files.
    • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the retail team on internal monthly retail newsletters.
    • Support communication and alignment between CRM and retail teams.
    • Support on the Mailing activation: guidelines creation, consolidate markets strategies,  organize regular meeting with markets & supply on the distribution status. Follow up on the local implementation, ensuring the right targeting, monitor the results.
  • Market support:
    • Support new joiners in markets on access requests
    • Support on user guide creation and update (e.g., when rolling out a new CRM tool)

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?  

  • You are currently enrolled in a master’s degree program (University, Business School, Engineering) with past internships within luxury industry preferably and/or school projects.
  • You are able to work autonomously within a dynamic environment.
  • You are highly organized, with an analytical mindset and great attention to detail, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • You are proactive, solution-oriented, data-centric, and client centric.
  • You are skilled with Microsoft tools, at ease with learning about other new digital tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • You are fluent in English (any other European language is a plus).
