Junior EMEA Returns & Warranties Operations Specialist (12-month contract)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior EMEA Returns & Warranties Operations Specialist with strong English skills to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their operations or customer service journey who is eager to learn, grow, and develop hands‑on experience in returns and warranty processes within an international and diverse EMEA environment.

About the Job

In this role, you will support EMEA returns and warranties operations and gain hands‑on experience in coordinating return processes, warranty claims and related operational activities within an international environment.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Align and manage all EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) return activities with Swarovski own stores, Clients, Partners, and 3PL service providers
  • Lead the process for Independent Retailers/Swarovski own stores buyback return deviations and corresponding credit note handling
  • Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and client service teams to ensure smooth handling of returns and warranty claims
  • Issue monthly handling fee invoices to EMEA stakeholders for return processing
  • Provide proof of delivery documentation upon request to ensure compliance
  • Investigate and resolve lost orders in collaboration with our own logistics provider and insurance
  • Handle monthly credit/debit notes for repairs issued to Swarovski own stores, Clients, Partners

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Knowledge of MS Excel on minimum basic level
  • Experience with SAP - nice to have
  • A calm and friendly demeanor with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent cooperation skills, with a result-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to clearly communicate and explain procedures and solutions to partners
  • Proficiency in English is required
