We’re looking for a motivated and well‑organized Travel Retail Operations Specialist with strong English skills to strengthen our EMEA Travel Retail team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on retail operations projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and supporting store openings and VM activities in a fast‑paced, international environment with opportunities to learn and grow within a global brand.
About the Job
In this role, you will support Travel Retail Operations activities across EMEA and gain hands‑on experience in coordinating store openings, relocations, visual merchandising assets and retail operations processes within an international environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of operational and VM‑related projects.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate new store openings across EMEA Travel Retail, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Manage Long Life Tools (LLTs) definition, ordering and availability in collaboration with Client Service teams
- Support store relocations, refurbishments and new openings by coordinating Retail Architecture checklists and related operational activities
- Act as a key interface between airport operators, technical teams, Retail Architecture and VM to ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate SSTU and VM-related shipments across EMEA, including visuals, tools and GWP materials
- Manage seasonal Visual Merchandising asset exchanges for key Travel Retail partners
- Maintain accurate project tracking, store/location databases and operational documentation
- Communicate VM updates and guidelines to stores and collect store images for compliance checks
- Support VM helpdesk activities and serve as a go-to contact for day-to-day operational and VM-related topics
About You
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Retail Operations, Travel Retail, Visual Merchandising, Store Development, Client Service or Project / Operations Coordination
- Prior experience working with international retail networks, airport environments or Travel Retail partners is a strong advantage
- SAP P10 knowledge is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational, coordination and operational skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive, hands‑on and solution‑oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, international environment
- Willingness to support Travel Retail–related projects across EMEA (limited travel may be required)
- Fluent English is a must (minimum C1 level; additional languages are a plus)
