About the role
Description
Bvlgari Spa, within its Corporate Training & Internal Communication team based in Rome, is looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to support the planning, coordination and delivery of local and global internal communication and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, reinforce Bvlgari’s culture and values, and ensure consistent communication across internal channels. Contribute to the creation and dissemination of high-quality content, employee engagement initiatives and corporate communication projects in collaboration with HR, Corporate Functions, local teams and LVMH stakeholders.
Les missions
- Support the planning and execution of global internal communication campaigns aligned with business priorities and corporate initiatives.
- Create, edit and publish engaging content across internal communication channels, including MyBvlgari Intranet (SharePoint), news articles, global email communications, Viva Engage, digital signage, lock screen campaigns, executive communications and event-related materials.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of editorial calendars and communication plans, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.
- Coordinate content reviews, translations and localization activities to ensure communication effectiveness across global audiences.
- Support the management and continuous update of MyBvlgari and other internal communication platforms, ensuring content accuracy, consistency and user engagement.
- Assist in coordinating content publication workflows and governance processes across digital communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on initiatives aimed at improving the employee digital communication experience.
- Support the communication activities related to employee engagement initiatives, company values, employer branding and corporate culture projects.
- Coordinate overall organization and management of key corporate events, such as the Annual Meeting, Bvlgari Day and other internal initiatives, including invitations, participation communications and post-event follow-up.
- Assist business functions in preparing communication materials for internal initiatives and projects when required.
- Collaborate with Corporate Functions, HR teams worldwide, Local teams, Brand & Marketing teams, LVMH stakeholders, external agencies and suppliers to support communication initiatives.
- Coordinate communication approval workflows, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines, brand identity and tone of voice.
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to gather content, support communication needs and facilitate project execution.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of communication processes, channels and content formats by sharing feedback and best practices.
