About the role
Description
The E-commerce Specialist will support the Digital business across Southeast Asia and Australia. Reporting directly to the E-commerce Manager, SouthEast Asia and Australia. This position calls for a digital savvy candidate who will contribute to the company success through growing Fendi.com business online for Southeast Asia and Australia.
Les missions
Main Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Implement site merchandising for Australia, Singapore and Malaysia base on HQ Merchandising guidelines and market specific requirement
- Coordinate with Merchandising and Logistic team on stock availability for launch product setting
- Responsible for driving sales by frequent data analysis which include product, client profile and web analytics
- Coordinate with Local Fulfilment, Merchandising, Client Service team for daily operation to ensure smooth fulfilment process and seamless client experience
- Prepare Operation analysis
- Responsible for optimizing and delivering excellent customer experience on the website with the aim of increase conversion rate
- Support Ecommerce Manager on website development and optimization project and testing
- Newsletter planning and brief preparation
- Conduct research on new potential markets and ecommerce latest trends
- Support on new markets launch
- Conduct Omni training and drive omni adoption for retail stores
- Prepare reports
- Any other ad hoc duties or projects
