Description

The E-commerce Specialist will support the Digital business across Southeast Asia and Australia. Reporting directly to the E-commerce Manager, SouthEast Asia and Australia. This position calls for a digital savvy candidate who will contribute to the company success through growing Fendi.com business online for Southeast Asia and Australia.

Les missions

Main Responsibilities:  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Implement site merchandising for Australia, Singapore and Malaysia base on HQ Merchandising guidelines and market specific requirement
  • Coordinate with Merchandising and Logistic team on stock availability for launch product setting
  • Responsible for driving sales by frequent data analysis which include product, client profile and web analytics
  • Coordinate with Local Fulfilment, Merchandising, Client Service team for daily operation to ensure smooth fulfilment process and seamless client experience
  • Prepare Operation analysis
  • Responsible for optimizing and delivering excellent customer experience on the website with the aim of increase conversion rate
  • Support Ecommerce Manager on website development and optimization project and testing
  • Newsletter planning and brief preparation
  • Conduct research on new potential markets and ecommerce latest trends
  • Support on new markets launch
  • Conduct Omni training and drive omni adoption for retail stores
  • Prepare reports
  • Any other ad hoc duties or projects

 

Profil

Required Qualifications & Skills      Bachelor’s degree Good command in written and spoken English, Thai language would be an advantage Excellent Microsoft Power Point and Excel skills Previous experience of Salesforce is added advantage 3 years related experience in e-commerce in retail industry Previous experience in luxury brands handling the diverse SEA & AU markets and e-commerce capability a plus Good team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams Strong commercial, analytical, project management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and follow up skills Self-motivated, results oriented and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines Outstanding time management skills and able to multitask
