We are looking for an Omnichannel Senior Project Manager to support the evolution of LOEWE’s omnichannel ecosystem, helping us deliver seamless customer experiences across stores, digital channels, and services. This role sits at the heart of our Retail Transformation & Omnichannel team, ensuring initiatives are well structured, coordinated, and successfully rolled out across markets.

Les missions

Your role will be:

  • Lead and coordinate omnichannel initiatives from early scoping through delivery, rollout, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
  • Structure project plans, priorities, governance routines, and ways of working across business and technology teams.
  • Act as the central coordination point between Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Digital, Finance, IT, regional teams, and external partners.
  • Drive alignment on scope, timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, and decision-making across multiple workstreams.
  • Support the definition, documentation, and follow-up of business requirements, operational processes, and user needs.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), launch readiness activities, rollout planning, and post-launch follow-up.
  • Support the adoption of new omnichannel services, tools, and capabilities across regions and markets.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, issues, and operational pain points, providing clear visibility and escalation when required.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, decision tracking, stakeholder communication, and project reporting.
  • Document omnichannel processes, services, system interactions, and key business flows to support scalability and knowledge transfer.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and simplification of cross-channel retail processes and customer journeys.

Profil

What is important for the role: 5+ years of experience in project management within complex, cross-functional environments. Proven experience delivering technology-enabled business initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and markets. Experience in omnichannel retail, digital transformation, retail technology, eCommerce, customer experience, or related domains. Strong understanding of retail operations and customer journeys across physical and digital channels. Experience working with solutions such as OMS, POS, eCommerce platforms, payment integrations, stock visibility tools, store solutions, fulfilment services, or similar retail technologies. Ability to coordinate business and technical stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable plans, and drive delivery execution. Experience managing governance forums, project risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and decision-making processes. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills in international environments. Analytical and structured mindset, with strong attention to detail and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. Experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies. Fluent in English and Spanish is required; French is a plus.
