Les missions
Strategic Leadership
Lead the performance of a flagship store or multi-boutique network, delivering sales, profitability, client development, and operational excellence. Translate the Maison’s vision into actionable plans, identify growth opportunities through market and client insights, and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and agility.
Department Store Management (if applicable)
Build strong partnerships with department store stakeholders to maximize brand performance. Ensure compliance with department store requirements and Maison standards while supporting key commercial initiatives and activations.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers, Team Managers, and leadership teams. Foster a high-performing, client-centric culture, drive talent development and succession planning, and inspire teams through strong leadership and clear direction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Retail, CRM, Merchandising, Marketing, PR, Visual Merchandising, HR, and Operations teams to ensure consistent execution of initiatives that enhance client experience and business performance. Share market and client insights to support strategic decisions.
Client Experience & Business Development
Elevate client experience and clienteling standards across all stores. Build strong relationships with VICs and key clients, drive growth of high-value client segments, expand local networks, and lead impactful client events and activations to strengthen loyalty and brand presence.
Reporting & Performance Management
Provide regular updates on sales, clients, people, and operations. Analyze KPIs, client behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and support continuous improvement.
