About the role
Description
During this 6-month internship, you will support the Legal Department in Milan in all activities related to data protection, digital compliance, and technology law, with a particular focus on privacy, artificial intelligence, and digital agreements.
In particular, you will be involved in the following activities:
- Privacy and data protection compliance management
- Drafting and review of data processing agreements (DPAs), privacy policies, and digital agreements
- Support on artificial intelligence governance and AI regulatory compliance
- Legal support for digital transformation and LegalTech projects
- Review and management of technology, SaaS, and software-related contracts
- Monitoring of data protection and digital regulatory developments
- Support in compliance assessments and risk analysis related to digital business operations
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams on privacy and compliance matters
- Support in the implementation of internal policies and procedures related to data protection and digital compliance
The experience will start in June 2026.
Les missions
Skills and abilities required:
- Master's Degree in Law, Privacy Law or similar.
- IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
- Excellent analytical and planning skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving, team-working attitude and flexibility.
