Data Protection Internship - June 26

Description

During this 6-month internship, you will support the Legal Department in Milan in all activities related to data protection, digital compliance, and technology law, with a particular focus on privacy, artificial intelligence, and digital agreements.

In particular, you will be involved in the following activities:

• Privacy and data protection compliance management
• Drafting and review of data processing agreements (DPAs), privacy policies, and digital agreements
• Support on artificial intelligence governance and AI regulatory compliance
• Legal support for digital transformation and LegalTech projects
• Review and management of technology, SaaS, and software-related contracts
• Monitoring of data protection and digital regulatory developments
• Support in compliance assessments and risk analysis related to digital business operations
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams on privacy and compliance matters
• Support in the implementation of internal policies and procedures related to data protection and digital compliance

The experience will start in June 2026.

Les missions

Skills and abilities required:

• Master's Degree in Law, Privacy Law or similar.
• IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
• Excellent analytical and planning skills.
• Proactive approach to problem solving, team-working attitude and flexibility.
