Key Requirements  Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising or a related field. Proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 700 or higher) and Japanese. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in PC skills, including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends is a plus. Passion for the brand and its products.
