Description

Act as an ambassador of the Maison, delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise. The Client Advisor builds genuine and long-term relationships with clients, understands their needs, and guides them across the Maison to achieve individual and team objectives.

Les missions

Client Experience & Sales Performance

  • Welcome every client and deliver the best-in-class client experience in line with Maison standards.
  • Drive individual and team sales objectives while being accountable for personal performance.
  • Advise clients across the Maison’s product categories, ensuring relevant and personalized recommendations.

Clienteling & Relationship Building

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients through effective clienteling and follow-up.
  • Proactively reach out to existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat visits.

Brand Representation & Standards

  • Develop strong brand and product knowledge to represent the Maison with credibility.
  • Respect Louis Vuitton standards in grooming, behavior, and service excellence.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Team Contribution

  • Act as a team player and contribute to collective objectives and store initiatives.
  • Participate actively in daily operations and store activities.

 

 

Profil

Initial experience in retail or luxury environment is a plus. Strong client-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Curious, agile, and eager to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
