Description
Position
As a Stock Support / Client Advisor, you represent the Brand and ensure every client receives the Louis Vuitton experience. You identify clients’ needs, support sales goals, and maintain efficient stock operations. The role includes managing deliveries, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately, and ensuring products are available on the shop floor to enhance store performance. You work closely with the store team and supply chain.

- Maintain well-organized stock rooms (products and packaging) and ensure accurate inventory
- Manage deliveries and replenish stock quickly to keep products available on the sales floor
- Communicate new stock arrivals and collaborate with Supply Chain to meet client needs
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently
- Contribute to individual and team sales objectives while delivering an excellent client experience
- Build long-term client relationships using clienteling tools
- Work as a team player and support store operations
- Develop strong brand and product knowledge
- Respect Louis Vuitton standards, policies, and procedures
