Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic Client Communication Assistant Manager to bridge global headquarters' vision with frontline luxury retail execution. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate end-to-end annual gifting strategies and cross-cultural projects while driving operational excellence through CRM system governance and financial stewardship. drive operational excellence by managing critical CRM and budget systems while crafting compelling omnichannel narratives that unify online content with offline retail experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Client Gifting & Portfolio Management
* Architect Annual Gifting Strategies: Formulate and execute comprehensive annual gifting calendars aligned with both regional business objectives and global strategy. Utilize data-driven insights to ensure optimal budget allocation and procurement efficiency.
* Lead Global End-to-End Gifting Projects: Take full ownership of flagship global gifting initiatives (e.g., Mid-Autumn Festival Gifting). Lead cross-cultural teams including designers, manufacturers, legal advisors, and logistics partners to deliver high-impact projects from concept and prototyping to mass production and international distribution.
* Optimize Supply Chain & Logistics: Oversee the entire lifecycle of gift inventory management, including importation, warehousing, and delivery, ensuring seamless operational support for retail teams.
2. Executive Communication & Content Strategy
* Orchestrate Omnichannel Campaigns: Design and implement integrated communication strategies across Email, MMS, WeCom, and other digital touchpoints. Ensure absolute synergy between online promotional content and offline retail experiences.
* Visual Storytelling & Content Creation: Serve as the bridge between headquarters strategy and frontline execution by conceptualizing and producing high-quality video content and visual assets that simplify complex strategies for internal stakeholders.
3. Operational Excellence & System Governance
* System Management & Innovation: Lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Budget Management System and CRM platforms to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
* Financial Stewardship: Collaborate closely with the Finance department to manage the full spectrum of budgeting, bidding processes, and Purchase Order (PO) processing. Ensure strict compliance and transparency in all expense utilization.
Qualifications & Competencies
* Education: Bachelor’s degree, relevant major is highly preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Client Development, CRM, or Marketing roles within the luxury goods industry.
* Technical Skills:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience managing ERP or CRM systems.
* Soft Skills:
* Exceptional cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
* Superior project management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
