Sr. Manager- Digital Insights

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Digital Insights Senior Manager based in our NY Corporate Office.

This role will be instrumental in providing central insights, utilizing advanced data systems to rigorously measure performance, develop in-depth analyses, and facilitate critical strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a profound passion for the luxury sector and demonstrate unwavering enthusiasm for the advancement of our business objectives.

Les missions

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Digital Performance & Analytics

• Manages insights for the full view of the digital business; sales, merchandising, marketing, operations, and client development to provide data-driven insights on LVA digital performance
• Develops methodology, reporting structure, and rhythm for reporting
• Oversees performance and trends across digital and brick & mortar business for opportunities; weekly and monthly KPI reporting
• Manages use of Google Analytics to monitor online performance, & responsible for oversight of regular reports for relevant teams and recommendation of optimizations based on benchmark data
• Manages analysis of styles/categories as well as marketing/merchandising to drive key online selling opportunities
• Manages monthly forecast, leading the relationship with key stakeholders in Supply Chain and Merch to drive strategy
• Manages ad-hoc reporting as needed to deep dive into holidays/special collaborations/etc. to understand client impact and future opportunities
• Manages the Budget planning process
• Manages use of CRM databases to understand the digital client by segment and preference, and works with digital marketing and merchandising to cultivate communication and selling opportunities

 

Communication & Presentation

• Capable of distilling large amounts of data into actionable insights and creating a concise strategic vision
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in front of senior management and large groups
• Shares information constructively with a mission to educate and advocate for the digital business across the organization

Profil

The successful candidate will bring validated experience in Digital Insights or a related field within luxury retail.  You will leverage advanced analytical and technical skills, including expertise in Excel, GA4, and PowerBI, to drive informed decision-making. We require a highly self-motivated, organized, and analytical professional who can effectively communicate complex data, translating it into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that propel our business forward. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills (PowerPoint proficiency is key) are essential for this high-impact role. Exceptional presentation skills with high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. The appointed candidate will be offered a base salary within the range of USD $140,000 - $150,000, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. Please note that restrictions may apply to part-time employees
