JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify 3-5 key areas of accountability and outputs of the position in order of importance.

· Support end-to-end project/event coordination: track timelines, milestones, and deliverables; communicate progress to internal teams.

· Support tailor-made animations that transmit brand DNA and direction that will better engage clients.

· Support daily communication with Paris HQ.

· Assist with the client experience during international events to ensure the entire itinerary meets expectations.

· Source qualified suppliers, third-party collaboration to enrich the client experience qualitatively.

· Assist with the client engagement manager in preparing the annual event budget planning.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

· Understanding of luxury lifestyle and high-end client behavior
