About the role
Description
Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Digital Merchandising Intern to join our Digital team based in New York City. In this internship, you will support the online customer experience for Louis Vuitton across the Americas. Working with the online product catalog for our key markets, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico, you will help drive sales and engagement through data-informed merchandising strategies. Your responsibilities will include supporting product launches, performance reporting, website optimization, and contributing to a seamless and luxurious digital journey for our clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Client Centric & Excellence
- Support daily updates to the Louis Vuitton website and app through our Content Management System (CMS)
- Assist with visually merchandising on-site search results and implementing strategic product placements to improve discoverability
- Help verify the accurate display of price changes and product information across the site
- Assist in organizing and executing online launch plans for digital offers
- Support the launch of leather goods, accessories, shoes, watches, and jewelry collections across product categories
- Partner with our HQ merchandising team in Paris to support the timely delivery and accuracy of product information
- Review local product assortments with zone merchandising teams to help align with regional priorities and enhance the digital client experience
Commercial Mindset
- Conduct regular site audits and review client feedback to help identify and resolve errors
- Share observations and support recommendations related to visuals, copy, and animations
- Assist with adjusting product visibility and placement based on digital stock availability and overall network outlook
- Collaborate with digital production and marketing teams to support the seamless execution of products featured in web content and communications
Decision Making
- Pull and analyze sales reports by gender, category, and SKU to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for digital sales improvement
- Review product availability and stock forecasts to support decisions related to site merchandising and product placement
Profil
We are eager to connect with students who are digitally curious, comfortable with technology, and interested in learning more about the digital client experience. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and an analytical mindset will help you succeed in this role. We also value clear written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency or a willingness to build skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Compensation Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at $20/hour Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour Criteria Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study Able and willing to work at the assigned location or relocate to New York City Available to commit from August through December 2026 Legally authorized to work in the United States This position requires working on site four to five days per week at the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.Informations complémentaires
