About the role
Description
Key Responsibilities
· Business Objectives: Collaborate with management to propose and define the store's mid to long-term user growth and business objectives, as well as initiatives to achieve such ambition.
· Store and Merchandising Strategy: Utilize data analysis and user research to identify the core direction, means of business growth, and merchandising needs within the predefined channel.
· Traffic and Conversion: Secure high-quality traffic and define conversion targets for key categories/landing pages based on business objectives and store strategy.
· User Journey and Experience: Define and (re)design the user journey within the e-store, as necessary, to provide an extraordinary client experience and achieve the intended business objectives.
· Marketing Planning: Develop and execute marketing activities aligned with the brand's commercial calendar, such as campaigns and new launches, as well as e-commerce milestones like 618 and Singles' Day.
· Digital CRM: Manage user growth through the AIPL funnel and/or 5R model for effective audience targeting.
· Internal Collaboration: Foster close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including teams like performance media, e-merchandising, order experience, e-clienteling, client service, data & digital, IS&T;, etc., to obtain the necessary resources and support for achieving desired results.
· External Stakeholder Management: If applicable, manage external stakeholders such as media channel relationships and TP/ISV agencies to ensure desired outcomes are delivered.
Requirements
· Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
· Experience: 7+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of both digital and business aspects.
· Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing an e-store for a renowned brand, with sales and profit and loss (P&L;) responsibility.
· Strategic Problem-Solving Skills: Strong strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to deliver results.
· Data-Driven Mindset: Data and business-driven mindset, with the ability to formulate strategies, identify needs, and acquire necessary resources to achieve desired outcomes.
· Industry Experience: Experience in luxury fashion and/or beauty brands is preferred.
· Platform Experience: Must have experience running a marketplace store (such as Tmall or JD). Experience in running a mini program store (e.g., WeChat) is a plus.
· Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is a plus.
· Personal Qualities: Quick learner, highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and a team player.
